Ibert Johnson arrived at 8:10 p.n. and Charles Hicaols at 8:17 p6m. T1i0SE ABS 17 Arthur Callahan William Arrell, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:07 p.m. Idard 11halen moved, Joseph Barnes seconded, that the -inutes of the Hay 25th meeting be approved as submitted. Lotion carried. Henry Dorff, Chairman of the Audit Co:: reported that there was a balance in the Ch -.rter Com: fission Fund of 8 ,452.56 remaining- out of the budget of 01, 500.00. I arie Eric!,-son roved, `?uentin Gustafson seconded, that we accept t'ze report. Carried unanimously. Quentin Gustafson, Chair -an of the Public Relations Co reported that the cor-nittee was to meet with the north news editor of the Star and Tribune to see what they would.like for news. Uilfred Zalaznik reported on the quest to acquire a Charter Consultant. The following names were suggested as possibilities; James I.empf, Wyman Smith, Mh -rles Howard, Deforrest Spencer, Dave Kennedy. All of those mentioned are attorneys. He also reported t`?r.t help in the review of the Charter was offered br the Hennepin County League of Municipalities. Chairman Uilli.rm Arrell reported on t'ze search for a secretarial assistant.. Several people have been co,tacted 'Dut no c ?ecision has been reached. The Executive Corr ittee will Lna,.e the choice. Charles Nichols roved, Barbara Swrrt seconded, that we invite Charles Little to our nest meeting to „ive us a further insi as to the Richfield Chrrrter since he was here previously.
