RESOLUTION NO. 78 -256
RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF NOVEMBER 7, 1978
CITY ELECTION
BE IT RESOLVED that it is hereby determined upon official canvass
that Bill Fignar and Tony Kuefler are declared to be the successful candidates
for the two positions of office of City Councilmember of the City of Brooklyn
Center.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Celia Scott, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and
Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
