HomeMy WebLinkAbout1978-152 CCR Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78 -152 RESOLUTION EXPRESSING RECOGNITION OF AND APPRECIATION FOR THE DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE OF DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND INSPECTIONS BLAIR TREMERE WHEREAS, Mr. Blair Tremere served as Administrative Assistant from March, 1971 through April, 1973 and Director of Planning and Inspections from April, 1973 through June, 1978; and WHEREAS, his devotion to the tasks and responsibilities associated with this position contributed substantially to the sound progress and development of the City; and WHEREAS, his public service and civic effort for the betterment of the community merit the gratitude of the citizens of Brooklyn Center: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that: The dedicated public service of Mr. Blair Tremere as Director of Planning and Inspections is recognized and appreciated by the City of Brookl n Center, July 24, 1978 Date Mayor ATTEST: 'tlerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
