HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-258 CCR Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77 -258 RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, Section 7. 11 of the City Charter does provide the City Council with full authority to make permanent transfers between all funds which may be created, provided that such transfers are not inconsistent with the provisions of related covenants, the provisions of the City Charter, or State Statute; and WHEREAS, on October 4, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76 -132 which approved t pp ed he 1977 Annual Budget for the City and encumbered FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS in the amount of $186,833 to be transferred to the GENERAL FUND subsequent to the expenditure of funds by the GENERAL FUND for appropriations in said 1977 Annual Budget; and WHEREAS, on May 9, 1977, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 77 -99 which authorized reimbursements of expenditures made through that date in the amount of and WHEREAS, certain expenditures have been made from the GENERAL FUND since those previously reimbursed, and they are as follows: Da to Voucher No. Amount Vendor Purpose 10 -11 -77 2 84 680 (14 80 6) 301.80 Fold Craft Co.
