HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-202 CCR Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77 -202 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND PARTS NECESSARY TO REPAIR 47 PUMP AND WELL WHEREAS, Chapter 471.345 of the Minnesota Statutes provides for the purchase of merchandise, materials or equipment, or any kind of construction work by informal quotations when the amount of such contract is less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000); and WHEREAS, the City Manager has obtained quotations on the repair of #7 pump and well and has determined that the quotation of Keys Well Drilling Company in the amount of $5,770 for repairing #7 pump and well is the best quotation submitted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that 'the City Manager be authorized to contract for the repair of #7 pump and well in the amount of $5,770 from Keys Well Drilling Company. October 3, 1977 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clert The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Maurice Britts and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, and Gene Lhotka; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
