RESOLUTION NO. 76 -166
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE (1) HYDRAULIC REVERSING
SNOW PLOW
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the City Clerk have reported
that on November 23, 1976 at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received
for furnishing and delivery of one hydraulic reversing snow plow and that said
bids were as follows:

Itasca Equipment Co. $4,385 $300 $4,085
Hayden Murphy Equip. Co. $2,755 $275 $2,480

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the bid of MacQueen Equipment Company in the amount of
$2,415 for furnishing and delivering one hydraulic reversing snow plow in
accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a
responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, and
Bill Fignar;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
