HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-166 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76 -166 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE (1) HYDRAULIC REVERSING SNOW PLOW WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the City Clerk have reported that on November 23, 1976 at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received for furnishing and delivery of one hydraulic reversing snow plow and that said bids were as follows: Bidder Bid Trade -in Net MacQueen Equipment Co. $2,775 $360 $2,415 Itasca Equipment Co. $4,385 $300 $4,085 Hayden Murphy Equip. Co. $2,755 $275 $2,480 Hall Equipment Co. $3,075 $120 $2,955 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of MacQueen Equipment Company in the amount of $2,415 for furnishing and delivering one hydraulic reversing snow plow in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. December 6, 1976 Date v Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, and Bill Fignar; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
