HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-104 CCR Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76 -104 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR FINE AGGREGATE FOR SEAL COAT MATERIALS WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the City Clerk have reported that on August 9, 1976, at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received for furnishing fine aggregate for seal coat materials and that said bid was as follows: FA -4 Trap Rock FA -4 Trap Rock Bidder Delivered Picked Ua Bryan Dresser Trap Rock, Inc. $6.90 per ton $3.75 per ton NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Bryan Dresser Trap Rock, Inc. for the furnishing of FA -4 trap rock in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. Auaust 9. 1976 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
