moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76 -32
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has considered the establishment
of a Deferred Compensation Plan for its employees; and
WHEREAS, the Deferred Compensation Plan made available to Brooklyn
Center and its employees by the International City Management Association
Retirement Corporation features provisions of benefits to the employer and
employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Brooklyn Center
establish the International City Management Association Retirement Corporation
Deferred Compensation Plan for its employees and hereby authorizes the Mayor
and City Manager to execute the Deferred Compensation Plan with the International
City Management Association Retirement Corporation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized
to execute all Joinder Agreements with eligible employees, officials and officers
desiring to participate in the Deferred Co n n

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by member
Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, and Robert
Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
