RESOLUTION NO 76
RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
AGREEMENT NO. 58178M REGARDING MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC
CONTROL SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF T.H. #152 AND
THE T.H. #100 NORTH RAMPS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Brooklyn Center enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, for the
following purposes, to -wit:
To provide electric energy and certain maintenance to the
traffic control signal with street lights at the intersection
of Trunk Highway No. 152 (Brooklyn Boulevard) and Trunk Highway
No. 100 North Ramps in accordance with the terms and conditions
set forth and contained in Agreement No. 58178M, a copy of
which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and
they are hereby authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City of Brooklyn Center all of the
contractual obligations contained therein.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Robert Jensen and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, and Robert Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
