HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-046 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76 -46 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76 -34 RELATIVE TO SETTLEMENT OF LOCAL NO. 49 CONTRACT TERMS WHEREAS, on February 23, 1976 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76 -34 ratifying 1976 contract terms with Local No. 49, International Union of Operating Engineers; and WHEREAS, subsequent clarification of the wage terms of the agreement have been issued by the Metropolitan Area Management Association Negotiating Committee: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to amend Resolution No. 76 -34 as follows: 2. Wages. Effective January 1, 1976 wages shall be as follows: Heavy Equipment Operator $6.63 per hour Light Equipment Operator 6.19 per hour Mechanic 6.63 per hour Night Service Man 6.01 per hour Maintenance Man II 6.19 per hour Public Utilities Maintenance Man 6.50 per hour March 8, 1 976 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
