HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-056 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76 -56 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF 185 STORM WINDOWS FOR THE CIVIC CENTER WHEREAS, Chapter 471.345 of the Minnesota Statutes provides for the purchase of merchandise, materials or equipment, or any kind of construction work by informal quotations when the amount of such contract is less than five thousand dollars ($5,000); and WHEREAS, the City Manager has obtained quotations on the purchase of 185 storm windows for the Civic Center and has determined that the quotation of DeVac, Inc. in the amount of $2,493 is the best quotation submitted: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the City Manager be authorized to contract for the purchase of 185 storm windows in the amount of 2,493 fr DeVac, Inc.
