You stated for the record that you were disappointed at my "professionalism Unfortunately I don't understand. Perhaps you could explain. I merely sent the letter to the sub committee which you had appointed ointed to review the matter Y and to accept any public information. I thought it would be unprofessional to approach other members of the Charter Commission when you had set up the proper people with whom contact should be made. I merely thought I was following proper protocal to be consistent with the procedure which you had adopted. I obviously copied the city council people and the City Manager as I think it only appropriate that they know what written communication I am submitting. So although I do not understand the reason, I want to convey my apologies for having offended you. S za `erely, cc Dean A. Nyquist DAN:dp (NOT PRINTED AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE)
