HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-020 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75 -20 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TWO (2) ROTARY MOWERS WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of Public Works have reported that on December 19, 1974 at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received for furnishing and delivery of two rotary mowers and that said bids were as follows: BIDDER BID PRICE LESS TRADE NET AMOUNT (Optional) Minnesota Toro $7,990.00 $995.00 $6,995.00 Kromer Company $7,494.00 $506.00 $6,988.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Kromer Company in the amount of $6,988.00 for furnishing and delivering two rotary mowers is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. Tanuary 6. 1975 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
