adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75 -20
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TWO (2) ROTARY MOWERS
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of Public Works have reported
that on December 19, 1974 at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received
for furnishing and delivery of two rotary mowers and that said bids were as follows:

Minnesota Toro $7,990.00 $995.00 $6,995.00
Kromer Company $7,494.00 $506.00 $6,988.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the bid of Kromer Company in the amount of $6,988.00 for
furnishing and delivering two rotary mowers is deemed to be the best bid submitted
by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and
Robert Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
