RESOLUTION NO. 75 -25
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR FIVE (5) POLICE PATROL SEDANS
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Clerk have reported that on
January 9, 1975, at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received for
furnishing and delivery of five (5) police patrol sedans and that said bids were
as follows:
Bidder Total Amount
Iten Chevrolet $20,337.85
Bob Hall Chevrolet $20,628.45
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the bid of Iten Chevrolet in the amount of $20,337.85 for
the furnishing of five (5) police patrol sedans in accordance with the specifications
is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is
hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and
Robert Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
