HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-025 CCR Member Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75 -25 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR FIVE (5) POLICE PATROL SEDANS WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Clerk have reported that on January 9, 1975, at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received for furnishing and delivery of five (5) police patrol sedans and that said bids were as follows: Bidder Total Amount Iten Chevrolet $20,337.85 Bob Hall Chevrolet $20,628.45 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Iten Chevrolet in the amount of $20,337.85 for the furnishing of five (5) police patrol sedans in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. January 20, 1975 Date Mayor ATTEST:_�Fl,�� Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
