HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-050 CCR Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75 -50 RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO HENNEPIN COUNTY AGREEMENT NO. PW- 02 -02 -75 REGARDING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AND STREET LIGHT INSTALLATIONS AT C.S.A.H. 10 NORTHWAY DRIVE, AND AT C.S.A.H. 57 LOGAN AVENUE NORTH BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows: 1) That the City of Brooklyn Center enter into an agreement with the County of Hennepin for the following purposes, to wit: To install traffic control signals with integral street lights at the intersection of County State Aid Highway No. 10 and Northway Drive; and at the intersection of County State Aid Highway No. 57 and Logan Avenue North; and providing for certain inter- connection of said traffic control signals, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of Agreement No. PW- 02- 02 -75, a copy of which was before the Council; and 2) That the Mayor and City Manager be and they are hereby authorized to execute such an agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City of Brooklyn Center all of the contractual obligations therein; and 3) That $21,942.00 be appropriated from State Aid Construction Account No. 2613 for the City of Brooklyn Center's share of said Agreement No. PW- 02- 02 -75.
