RESOLUTION NO. 75 -65
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AMENDMENTS TO OPEN MEETING LAW
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center supports the intent of the open

WHEREAS, nevertheless, there are certain matters of a confidential nature
which may not be in the public interest at a particular time to disclose publicly;
and
WHEREAS, the Attorney General has rendered a nonbinding opinion which

Brooklyn Center respectfully urges the Minnesota State Legislature to consider
changes to the open meeting law which would provide for amendments to the law
