moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75 -77
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR STABILIZED GRAVEL AND
FINE AGGREGATE FOR SEAL COAT
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the City Clerk have reported that
on April 16, 1975, at 11 :00 a.m., they opened and tabulated bids received for the
furnishing of stabilized gravel and fine aggregate for seal coat and that said bids
were as follows:
Class #5 Class #5 FA -1 Buck- Buck
Gravel Gravel- Sand shot shot

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, that the bid of Anderson Aggregate for the furnishing of Class #5
gravel in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted
by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center,
that the bid of Barton Construction for the furnishing of FA -1 sand and buckshot in
accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bi submitted by a
responsible bidder and said bid is hereby acc

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar
and Robert Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
