HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-085 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-85 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the City Clerk have reported that on April 16, 1975, at 11:00 a.m., they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of reinforced concrete pipe and that said bids were as follows: 15 RCP 12" RCP 27" 39" Class 4 Class 4 C.B. C.B. Bidder Per ft. Per ft. Per ft. Bases ea. Elk River Concrete $4.18 $3.41 $14.19 $16.64 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, that the bid of Elk River Concrete for the furnishing of reinforced concrete pipe in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bi is h re accepte May 1, 1975 Date Mayor ATTEST: L v C lerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
