HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-161 CCR Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75 -161 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TAKING QUOTATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF LIQUOR STORE SIGN WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and for the best interests of the City to have constructed an advertising sign for the Liquor Store located at Brooklyn Boulevard and 63rd Avenue North; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared specifications for the above work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to authorize the City Manager to take quotations for the construction of an advertising sign for the Liquor Store located at Brooklyn Boulevard and 63rd Avenue North. Auaiist 4 1975 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
