HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-199 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75 -199 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1975 -9, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1975 -10, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1975 -11 AND STREET GRADING, BASE AND SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1975 -12 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1975 -9, Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1975 -10, Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1975 -11 and Street Grading, Base and Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1975 -12; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate the above mentioned improvement projects; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cbuncil of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows: 1975 -9 Water Main Irving Avenue No. from 69th Avenue to approximately 165 feet south of 70th Ave. No.; 69 -1/2 Ave. No. from 723 feet east of Logan Ave. to Irving Ave. No., and water services on the north side of 69th Ave. No. from Irving westerly 245 feet. 1975 -10 Sanitary Sewer 69 -1/2 Avenue North from an existing manhole 718 feet east of Logan Ave. No. easterly 118 feet. 1975 -11 Storm Sewer Irving Ave. No. between 69th Avenue and 70th Avenue North. 1975 -12 Grading, Base Surfacing Irving Ave. No. from proposed 69 -1/2 Ave. No. to 155 feet south of 70th Ave. No., and proposed 69 -1/2 Ave. No. from 138 feet east of Logan Avenue to Irving Ave rue North. RESOLUTION NO. 75 -199 October 6, 1975 Date Mayor ATTEST :i'',� Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Robert Jensen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
