HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-219 CCR Member Robert Jensen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75 -219 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO WRITE -OFF UNCOLLECTIBLE CHECKS WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that the following checks made payable to the City of Brooklyn Center Liquor Stores are uncollectible because the payers' checking accounts upon which they are drawn have been closed and that attempts to locate the payers have been unsuccessful: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to authorize the City Manager to write -off from the City records as uncollectible the following checks: Paver Check Dated Amount Sandra Chastain 12 -23 -72 15.49 Eric S.
