adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75 -219
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO WRITE -OFF
UNCOLLECTIBLE CHECKS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that the following checks made
payable to the City of Brooklyn Center Liquor Stores are uncollectible because the
payers' checking accounts upon which they are drawn have been closed and that
attempts to locate the payers have been unsuccessful:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center to authorize the City Manager to write -off from the City records as
uncollectible the following checks:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Maurice Britts and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill
Fignar, and Robert Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
