HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-200 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-200 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AT HUMBOLDT SQUARE LIQUOR STORE WHEREAS, on September 10, 1973, the Brooklyn Center City Council awarded contracts for the interior construction and furnishing and installing equipment at the Humboldt Square Liquor Store; and WHEREAS, pursuant to written contract, St. Paul Linoleum and Carpet Co. Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of carpeting in accordance with its contract obligation: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to hereby accept and approve the work completed at the contracted cost of $3,463.00. December 9, 1974 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Robert Jensen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
