HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-201 CCR Member Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.24 -201 I RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AT HUMBOLDT SQUARE LIQUOR STORE WHEREAS, on September 10, 1973, the Brooklyn Center City Council awarded contracts for the interior construction and furnishing and installing equipment at the Humboldt Square Liquor Store; and WHEREAS, pursuant to written contract, B E Enterprises has satis- factorily completed the interior construction in accordance with its contract obligations; and WHEREAS, the final cost of the work is less than the original contract by $2,452.60 because of: (a) Credit for installation of mesh partitions in the amount of $100.00 (b) Lessor credits in the amount of $4,182.60 (c) Lessor extras in the amount of $1,830.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to hereby accept and approve the work completed at the cost of $16,766.40. December 9, 1974 Date Mayor ATTEST: ro Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
