HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-073 CCR Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-73 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE PORTABLE AIR COMPRESSOR WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on April 25, 1974, at 11 :00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of one portable air compressor and that said bid was received: Bidder Bid Price Less Trade Total Amount Road Machinery Supplies $6,536.00 $2,536.00 $4,000.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, that the bid of Road Machinery for the furnishing of one portable air compressor in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be an acceptable bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bi is h b accept May 6, 1974 Date i'' Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Maurice Britts and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
