and moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 74 -87
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRUNK WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 1974 -13 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Trunk
Water Main Improvement Project No. 1974 -13;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to direct the City Engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for said improvement project,
described as follows:
1974 -13 Trunk Water Main
Along a line from a point approximately 450 feet northerly of
the centerline of North Lilac Drive and 52 feet westerly of
the projected centerline of Vincent Avenue North, southerly
8 feet; thence southwesterly 68 feet; thence westerly 48 feet;
thence northwesterly 42 feet; thence westerly to a point
lying 10 feet southeasterly of the T.H. 100 R /O /W on the
southwesterly property line of Water Tower Site No. 3.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
Maurice Britts Tony Kuefler, Bill F'gnar and Robert Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
