HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-087 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; RESOLUTION NO. 74 -87 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRUNK WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1974 -13 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Trunk Water Main Improvement Project No. 1974 -13; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement project, described as follows: 1974 -13 Trunk Water Main Along a line from a point approximately 450 feet northerly of the centerline of North Lilac Drive and 52 feet westerly of the projected centerline of Vincent Avenue North, southerly 8 feet; thence southwesterly 68 feet; thence westerly 48 feet; thence northwesterly 42 feet; thence westerly to a point lying 10 feet southeasterly of the T.H. 100 R /O /W on the southwesterly property line of Water Tower Site No. 3. May 20. 1974 Date Mayor ATTEST: C]Ark The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts Tony Kuefler, Bill F'gnar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
