HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-102 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74 -102 RESOLUTION DETERMINING DISPOSITION OF LIQUOR LICENSE VIOLATION AT NINO' S STEAK ROUND -UP WHEREAS, on June 17, 1974, the City Council in public hearing pursuant to Section 11 -516 of the City Ordinances considered charges and heard testimony regarding the alleged sale of intoxicating liquor to a minor; and WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Findings of Fact concluding that the Licensee violated Section 11-511, Subdivision 7 of the City Ordinances: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Brooklyn Center City Council that Northern States Enterprises, Inc. operator of Nino's Steak Round -up, is hereby publicly reprimanded for their violation of Section 11 -516 of the City Ordinances regarding the sale of intoxicating liquor to a minor; and FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that Northern States Enterprises, Inc. is warned against future violations and the increased severity of sanctions which will be levied if further violations should occur. July 8, 1974 A ll Date /f Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Fignar, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
