and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74 -25
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 1974 -7, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1974 -8,
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1974 -9, GRADING, BASE
SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1974 -10, AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council
requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1974 -7, Sanitary Sewer
Improvement Project No. 1974 -8, Storm Sewer Improvement Project No.
1974 -9, and Grading, Base Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1974 -10;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate the
above mentioned improvement projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans
and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows:
1974 -7 Water Main
Proposed Earle Brown Drive from approximately 900 ft. north-
easterly of Summit Drive North to approximately 2,000 ft.
northeasterly, thence westerly on an easement overlying
Outlots C D, B.C.I.P. Plat 1, to a point on the east
right -of -way line of Shingle Creek Parkway lying 471.50 ft.
south of the south right -of -way of FAI 94.
1974 -8 Sanitary Sewer
Proposed Earle Brown Drive from approximately 900 ft. north-
easterly of Summit Drive North to approximately 2,000 ft.
northeasterly of Summit Drive North.
1974 -9 Storm Sewer
Proposed Earle Brown Drive from approximately 900 ft. north-
easterly of Summit Drive North, to approximately 2,000 ft.
northeasterly of Summit Drive North.
1974 -10 Grading, Base Surfacing
Proposed Earle Brown Drive from Summit Drive North to approx
imately 2,000 ft. northeasterly.

thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maurice Britts, Bill Fignar, Tony Kuefler and Robert Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
