HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-034 CCR Member Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74 -34 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE ROTARY LAWN MOWER WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of Public Works have reported that on February 21, 1974 at 11 :00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received for furnishing and delivery of one rotary lawn mower and that said bids were as follows: Bidder Bid Price Less Trade Total Amount Minnesota Toro, Inc. $3,395.00 $300.00 $3,095.00 Kromer Company $3,300.00 $160.00 $3,140.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Minnesota Toro, Inc. in the amount of $3,095.00 for furnishing and delivering one rotary lawn mower is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. February 25, 1974 Date Mayor ATTEST:�L/, Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Bill Fignar, Tony Kuefler and Robert Jensen; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
