RESOLUTION NO. 74 -34
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE ROTARY LAWN MOWER
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of Public Works have reported
that on February 21, 1974 at 11 :00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received
for furnishing and delivery of one rotary lawn mower and that said bids were as
follows:
Bidder Bid Price Less Trade Total Amount
Minnesota Toro, Inc. $3,395.00 $300.00 $3,095.00
Kromer Company $3,300.00 $160.00 $3,140.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the bid of Minnesota Toro, Inc. in the amount of $3,095.00
for furnishing and delivering one rotary lawn mower is deemed to be the best bid
submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Bill Fignar, Tony Kuefler
and Robert Jensen;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
