and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73 -143
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1973 -33 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council
requesting Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1973 -33; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate
the above mentioned improvement project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare
plans and specifications for said improvement project, described
as follows:
1973 -33 Sanitary Sewer
69th Avenue North from approximately 160 feet east of Logan
Avenue to approximately 600 feet east of Logan Avenue.

seconded by member Maurice Britts and upon vote being taken
