HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-014 CCRMember Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-14 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO TRUCKS THROUGH HENNEPIN COUNTY PURCHASING AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center is authorized to participate in the Hennepin County Purchasing Agreement; and WHEREAS, on Tuesday, December 5, 1972 at 2:00 p.m. bids were received for the furnishing of two trucks: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of International Harvester in the amount of $2,917.98 for the furnishing of one 3/4 ton pickup in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of International Harvester in the amount of $2,542.43 for the furnishing of one 1/2 ton pick up in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. January 22, 1973 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Maurice Britts and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, and Bill Fignar; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
