HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-015 CCRMember Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73 -15 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF FIVE POLICE PATROL CARS THROUGH HENNEPIN COUNTY PURCHASING AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center is authorized to participate in the Hennepin County Purchasing Agreement; and WHEREAS, on Tuesday, January 2, 1973 at 2:00 P.M. bids were received for the furnishing of police patrol cars: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Iten Chevrolet in the amount of $18,014.85 for the furnishing of five (5) police patrol cars, including options, in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. January 22, 1973 ATTEST: Date Ale AL. erk Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Maurice Britts Tony Kuefler, and Bill Fignar; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
