Background:
These steps are part of the city manager's annual review process. Staff is to schedule
dates for the two parts (i.e. mid-year review and 360 assessment).

SUBJECT: Northport Park Discussion - Activities in the Park
Requested Council Action:
Background:
On May 27, the Council raised questions regarding managing activities in city parks,
following a resident's complaint of a larger activity at Northport Park. Staff indicated that
they would report back on new measures taken to manage park activities and the
effectiveness of such measures.
Staff will be prepared to present current practices and respond to discussion questions.
