HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-056 CCR1 Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Clerk have reported that on April 5, 1973, at 11 :00 a.m., they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of plant -mixed bituminous materials and said bids were as follows: Bidder Alexander Constr. 5 miles Bituminous Roadways 12 miles Dunkley Surfacing 4 miles Hardrives, Inc. Midwest Asphalt 6 miles C.S. McCrossan 7 miles NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, that the bid of C.S. McCrossan for furnishing plant -mixed bituminous materials in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.
