RESOLUTION NO. 73 -63 RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL #49, AFL -CIO AND CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER WHEREAS, the Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971 requires a written contract between an employer and the exclusive representative of certain employees; and WHEREAS, agreement on master contract provisions has been reached through bargaining between a committee of the Metropolitan Area Management Association and a committee of Local #49 of the International Union of Operating Engineers; and WHEREAS, agreement on non master contract provisions has been reached through bargaining between the City Manager and a committee solely represent- ing Brooklyn Center members of Local #49 of the International Union of Operating Engineers: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to approve and adopt by reference as though incorporated herein the document entitled dated April 23, 1973, three copies of which shall be on file and available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to ecute said labor agreement on behalf of the City of Brooklyn April 23, 1973 ATTEST: LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL #49, AFL -CIO AND CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER Date Mayor 4 1, ��P it r Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing re solution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, JohnLeary, Maurice Britts, Tony Kuefler, and Bill Fignar; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
