HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-060 CCR Member Vernon Ausen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72 -60 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO WRITE -OFF UNCOLLECTIBLE CHECKS WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that the following checks made payable to the City of Brooklyn Center Liquor Stores are uncollectible be- cause they payers' checking accounts upon which they were drawn have been closed and that attempts to locate the payers have been unsuccessful: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to authorize the City Manager to write -off of the City records as uncollectible the following checks: Rodney L.
