RESOLUTION NO. 72 -60
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO WRITE -OFF
UNCOLLECTIBLE CHECKS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that the following checks
made payable to the City of Brooklyn Center Liquor Stores are uncollectible be-
cause they payers' checking accounts upon which they were drawn have been
closed and that attempts to locate the payers have been unsuccessful:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center to authorize the City Manager to write -off of the City records
as uncollectible the following checks:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Howard Heck, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen,
Howard Heck and Maurice Britts;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon sa:Lcl resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
