HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-061 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72 -61 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO TRUCKS THROUGH HENNEPIN COUNTY PURCHASING AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center is authorized to participate in the Hennepin County Purchasing Agreement; and WHEREAS, on Tuesday, November 9, 1971 at 2:00 P.M. bids were received for the furnishing of two trucks: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Iten Chevrolet in the amount of $3,142. 72 for the furnishing of one cab and chassis in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Northstar Dodge in the amount of $2,875.50 for the furnishing of one 3/4 ton pickup, including options, in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.
