HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-064 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its/ adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72 -64 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -16, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -17, WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -18, AND STREET GRADING, BASE SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -19 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1972 -16, Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1972 -17, Water Main Improvement Project No. 1972 -18 and Street Grading, Base Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1972 -19, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate the above mentioned improvement projects; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects described as follows: 1972 -16 Sanitary Sewer Shingle Creek Parkway from an inplace manhole approximately 340 feet north of 67th Avenue North to the southerly extension of the east property line of Tract A, R.L.S. No. 1274. 1972 -17 Storm Sewer Shingle Creek Parkway from 67th Avenue North to the southerly extension of the east property line of Tract A, R.L.S. No.1274. 1972 -18 Water Main Shingle Creek Parkway from an inplace main approximately 340 feet north of 67th Avenue North to the southerly extension of the east property line of Tract A, R.L.S. No. 1274; thence northerly on an easement to 69th Avenue North. 1972 -19 Street Grading, Base Surfacing Shingle Creek Parkway from 67th Avenue North to the southerly extension of the east property line of T a t A, L.S. No.1274. May 8, 1972 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Maurice Britts; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
