HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-069 CCR Member Vernon Ausen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-69 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF BROOKLYN PARK RELATIVE TO PROVIDING UTILITY SERVICE TO BROOKLYN PARK RESIDENTS ON 73RD AVENUE NORTH BETWEEN NEWTON AVENUE AND PENN AVENUE WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has indicated that the City of Brooklyn Park residents abutting 73rd Avenue North would be allowed to connect to Brooklyn Center's utility lines on 73rd Avenue North between Newton Avenue and Penn Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Brooklyn Center authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute an agreement with the City of Brooklyn Park relative to provid- ing utility service to Brooklyn Park residents abutting 73rd Avenue North between Newton Avenue and Penn Avenue.
