HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-118 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72 -118 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -27, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -28 AND STREET RESTORATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -29, AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS e WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council re- questing Water Main Improvement Project No. 1972 -27, Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1972 -28 and Street Restoration Improvement Project No. 1972 -29; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate said improvement projects; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows: 1972 -27 Water Main Lyndale Avenue North from 58th Avenue to 59th Avenue, 1972 -28 Sanitary Sewer Lyndale Avenue North from 58th Avenue to approximately 550 feet north of 58th Avenue; thence westerly for a distance of approx- imately 120 feet on an easement overlying the south 20 feet of the easterly 1/2 of Lot 12, Lyndale Riverside Acres. 1972 -29 Street Restoration Lyndale Avenue North from 58th Avenu o 9th Avenue, July 10, 1972 Date Mayor ATTEST C e� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Maurice Britts and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Maurice Britts; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
