and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72 -118
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO.
1972 -27, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -28
AND STREET RESTORATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -29,
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS

WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council re-
questing Water Main Improvement Project No. 1972 -27, Sanitary Sewer
Improvement Project No. 1972 -28 and Street Restoration Improvement
Project No. 1972 -29; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate said
improvement projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and
specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows:
1972 -27 Water Main
Lyndale Avenue North from 58th Avenue to 59th Avenue,
1972 -28 Sanitary Sewer
Lyndale Avenue North from 58th Avenue to approximately 550 feet
north of 58th Avenue; thence westerly for a distance of approx-
imately 120 feet on an easement overlying the south 20 feet
of the easterly 1/2 of Lot 12, Lyndale Riverside Acres.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Maurice Britts and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Maurice Britts;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
