HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-120 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 72 -120 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -32 AND STREET RESTORATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1972 -33 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1972 -32 and Street Restoration Improvement Project No. 1972 -33; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate the above mentioned improvement projects; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows: 1972 -32 Water Main North Lilac Drive from 50th Avenue North to approximately 750 feet northeast of 50th Avenue, and 50th Avenue North from North Lilac Drive to approximately 120 feet east of North Lilac Drive. 1972 -33 Street Restoration North Lilac Drive from 50th Avenue North to approximately 750 feet northeast of 50th Avenue, and 50th Avenue North from North Lilac Drive to approximately 120 feet east of North Lilac Drive. July 10, 1972 Date Mayor t ATTEST: `s Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Maurice Britts; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
