HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-131 CCR r 8 9� Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72 -131 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AT MUNICIPAL SERVICE GARAGE WHEREAS, on November 5, 1968, the electorate of Brooklyn Center authorized the issuance of bonds to finance the construction of a municipal service garage; and WHEREAS, on December 15, 1969 the Brooklyn Center City Council approved contracts for the construction of the municipal service garage; and WHEREAS, pursuant to written contracts, the following have satisfactorily completed the project in accordance with their contract obligations: General Contract (Antler Corp.): 222, 000,..00 Extras: GI Addition of keyed locks to four doors 71 .07 Deducts: Final Contract Payment: 222,071.07 Mechanical Contract (J. McClure Kelley Co.): 70,270.00 Extras: Ml Installation of con densate drain line 172.00 M2 Furnish Install motor operated fresh air dampeners controls 1,091.00 Deducts: Final Contract Payment: 71,533.00 Electrical Contract (Cy Courture Electric Cont., Inc.): 35,712.00 Extras: El Install additional circuit breaker panel, and install gas pump switches 421.00 E2 Install electrical connections to gas pumps 371 .00 Deducts: Final Contract Payment: 36,504.00 Total Construction Contract Payments: 330,108.07 Architect's Fees Plans: 22,460.20 TOTAL $,352,568.27 Resolution No. 72 -131 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to hereby accept and approve the work completed at the costs recited above.
