HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-134 CCR Member Maurice Britts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72 -134 RESOLUTION EXPRESSING RECOGNITION OF AND APPRECIATION FOR THE DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE OF MRS. AUDRE MOSSBERG WHEREAS, Mrs. Audre Mossberg served as a member of the Conservation Commission from 1970 through 1972; and WHEREAS, Mrs. Audre Mossberg served as Chairman of the Conservation Commission from 1970 through 1972; and WHEREAS, her devotion to the tasks and responsibilities of this Commission contributed substantially to the sound progress and development of the City; and WHEREAS, her public service and civic effort for the betterment of the community merit the gratitude of the citizens of Broo}d.yn Center: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that: The dedicated public service of Mrs. Audre Mossberg as a member and Chairman of the Conservation Commission and citizen, is recognized and apprec' ity of B oo lyn Center July 24, 1972 Date t Mayor i ATTEST L' "C le rk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Vernon Ausen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Maurice Britts; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. i�
