resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 71 -139
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1971 -16 AND WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 1971 -17 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council
requesting Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -16 and Water
Main Improvement Project No. 1971 -17, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -16 and Water Main
Improvement Project No. 1971 -17;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans
and specifications for said improvement projects, described as
follows:
1971 -16 Sanitary Sewer
Camden Avenue North from 70th Avenue to approximately
750 feet north of 70th Avenue.
1971 -17 Water Main
Camden Avenue North from 70th Avenue to approximately
1,310 feet north of 70th Avenue.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :Philip Cohen,
John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
