HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-139 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 71 -139 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1971 -16 AND WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1971 -17 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -16 and Water Main Improvement Project No. 1971 -17, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -16 and Water Main Improvement Project No. 1971 -17; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows: 1971 -16 Sanitary Sewer Camden Avenue North from 70th Avenue to approximately 750 feet north of 70th Avenue. 1971 -17 Water Main Camden Avenue North from 70th Avenue to approximately 1,310 feet north of 70th Avenue. July 26, 1971 Date Mayor ATTEST: ,..r L Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
