HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-169 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. -169 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS ON SEPTEMBER 27, 1971 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing on special assessments at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of September, 1971, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., daylight savings time, on the following improve- ment projects: Water Main 1969 -76 1970 -11 1969 -78 1970 -22 1970 -5 1971 -10 1970 -8 1967 -3 and Sanitary Sewer 1970 -9 1970 -12 1970 -21 and Street Surfacing 1969 -77 1969 -79 1970 -6 and Street Grading 1970 -17 and Street Base 8 Surfacing 1970 -18 and Street Grading, Base, Surfacing Sidewalk 1970 -3 and Curb Gutter 1970 -4 and Storm Sewer 1970 -10 RESOLUTION NO. 71 -169 and P. August 23, 1971 Date f Mayor ATTEST: �Cler The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
