HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-171 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.71 -171 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 71 -142 and 71 -143 ADOPTED AUGUST 9, 1971 PERTAINING TO WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1971 -18 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 71 -142 established Water Main Improvement Project No. 1971 -18, and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 71 -143 provided for a public hearing for said project, and WHEREAS, subsequent to establishing and providing for public hearing for said project, modifications in the scope of the improvement have made it necessary to amend the description of the said project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to amend so much of Resolutions No. 71 -142 and 71 -143 as pertains to the description of the project to read as follows: "Lyndale Avenue North from 67th Avenue to 69th Avenue, and on easement from Lyndale Avenue easterly to Dallas Road." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, to amend so much of Resolution No. 71 -143 as pertains to the estimated cost to read: 11 $25,500.00." s ��f C -i e, August 23, 1971 z y Date Mayor ATTEST: K Jerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
