HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-185 CCR Upon completing the election canvass, member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -185 RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1971 CITY PRIMARY ELECTION BE IT RESOLVED That it is hereby determined upon official canvass that Robert W. Jensen and Maurice W. Britts are declared to be the successful two candidates for the office of City Councilman of the City of Brooklyn Center and that their names be offered on the General Election ballot November 2, 1971. September 13 1971 p Date Mayor ATTEST dierk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
