HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-214 CCR The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- sideration of proposed Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -21. The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on October 28, 1971, which affidavit was examined and found satis- factory and ordered placed on file. The Mayor then called upon all property owners present to present arguments either for or against the proposed improvement. After hearing and considering all objections, and the property owners appearing in favor of said improvement, member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -214 RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1971 -21 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it is necessary and for the best interests of the City and the owners of property specially benefitted thereby, that the following improvement shall be constructed: Project No. 1971 -21 Storm sewer in existing Earle Brown Drive (B.C.I.P.Plat 1) from Summit Drive North to the southwesterly boundary of Outlot B (B.C.I.P.Plat 1), and on an easement whose center- line overlies the southwesterly boundary of said Outlot B from existing Earle Brown Drive to proposed Earle Brown Drive in Tract Z of R.L.S. and in proposed Earle Brown Drive from approximately 550 feet northeasterly of Summit Drive North to approximately 1200 feet north- easterly of Summit Drive North, and in Summit Drive North from approximately 110 feet north of proposed Earle Brown Drive to approximately 50 feet southerly of proposed Earle .Brown Drive.
