HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-225 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -225 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SNOW PLOW BID WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Clerk report that on November 22, 1971 at 11 :00 A. M. they received and tabulated bids for one self propelled sidewalk snow plow. 1. Halvorson, Inc., Duluth, Minn. $8,195.00 less deduction for standard color -80.00 $8,115.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the bid of Halvorson Inc. in the amount of $8, 115.00 (with deduct) is deemed to be the best bid submitted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute a contract with Halvorson, Inc. for a sidewalk snow plow. November 22, 1971 Date Mayor ATTEST: a Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Vernon Ausen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following, voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
