HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-227 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -227 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 71 -202, 71 -203, 71 -213, AND 71 -214 ADOPTED OCTOBER 18, 1971, AND NOVEMBER 1. 1971 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 71 -202 established Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -20 and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -21 and ordered preparation of plans and specifications; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 71 -203 provided for a public hearing for said projects; and WHEREAS, Resolutions No. 71 -213 and 71 -214 ordered the construction of said projects; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said resolutions a change in utility locations has been requested by the developer; and WHEREAS, said change in utility locations changes the project descriptions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to amend so much of Resolutions No. 71 -202, 71 -203, 71 -213 and 71 -214 as pertains to the project descriptions for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -20 and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1971 -21 to read as follows: 1971 -20 Sanitary Sewer On an easement whose centerline is described as follows: Beginning at the northerly intersection of Summit Drive North and Earle Brown Drive, thence northwesterly approximately 187 feet along the centerline of Summit Drive North to the true point of beginning, thence easterly on a line a distance of approximately 750 feet whose projection intersects the easterly boundary of Outlot B (B. C I. P. Plat 1) approximately 220 feet south- easterly of the northeast corner of Outlot B, as measured along the easterly boundary, said easement there terminating; RESOLUTION NO. 71 -227 and on an easement whose centerline is described as follows: Beginning at the southerly intersection of Summit Drive North and Earle Brown Drive, thence approx- imately 114 feet southerly along the centerline of Summit Drive North to the true point of beginning, thence northeasterly to a point on the southwesterly boundary of Outlot B (B.C.I.P. Plat 1) lying approximately 353 feet northeasterly of the southeast corner of Outlot B, said easement there terminating. 1971 -21- Storm Sewer On an easement whose centerline is described as follows: Beginning at the northerly intersection of Summit Drive North and Earle Brown Drive, thence northwesterly approx- imately 187 feel along the centerline of Summit Drive North to the true point of beginning, thence easterly on a line a distance of approximately 750 feet whose pro- jection intersects the easterly boundary of Outlot B (B.C.I.P. Plat 1) approximately 220 feet southeasterly of the northeast corner of Outlot B, as measured along the easterly boundary, said easement there terminating; and on an easement whose centerline is described as follows: Beginning at the southerly intersection of Summit Drive North and Earle Brown Drive, thence approx- imately 25 feet southerly along the centerline of Summit Drive North to the true point of beginning, thence northeasterly to a point on the southwesterly boundary of Outlot B (B.C.I.P. Plat 1) lying approximately 353 feet northeasterly of the southeast corner of Outlot B, said easement there terminating. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to amend so much of Resolutions No. 71 -213 and 71 -214 as pertains to the estimated costs to read "$13,7000.00" and "$21,000.00 respectively.
