HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-238 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -238 RESOLUTION COMMENDING MR. THOMAS LOUCKS FOR DEDICATED SERVICE ER Administrative tiVH EAS Mr Thomas Loucks served as Assistant to the City Manager from July 1, 1970 to November 1, 1971; and WHEREAS, his devotion to assigned tasks contributed to the efficient and effective operation of municipal administra- tive services; and WHEREAS, his efforts were substantially reflected by the implementation of a local bus service; and WHEREAS, his dedication to sound planning principles enhanced the quality development of the City's resources; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that: Mr. Thomas Loucks is commended for his dedicated service as Administrative Assistant for the City of Brooklyn Center. January 3, 1972 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Vernonpusen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, .Howard Heck. and.Th)eodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
